JD Development Group and The Downing Street Group are pleased to announce that they have entered into a joint venture for the development of a mid-rise development project in Southwestern Ontario.

Planning is underway for this recent joint acquisition of 2.36 acres of development land.  The residential project will consist of two mid-rise condominium buildings totaling 254 units combined.

The development lands are located in the Laurentian Commons, a master-planned community in the heart of Kitchener, Ontario.
