Starting the Journey: Obtaining Permits
Obtaining construction permits was a critical step, as it is in any development project, and we are proud to have navigated this process successfully. Laying the Foundation: The excavation Phase
With permits in hand, JD Builders, our expert construction team, broke ground and began the excavation phase. This involved extensive groundwork to prepare the site for the foundation of Verde Living. During this phase, we also constructed the essential underground parking facilities. This crucial step laid the groundwork for the condos and ensured that the infrastructure was built to the highest standards of safety and functionality. This phase constituted roughly one-third of our overall construction timeline
We were delighted to share that we successfully installed the crane at the construction site. This towering symbol of progress marked the beginning of the vertical construction phase.
