2021 A Year in Review

2021 was another productive year most notably by two successful project launches, LakeVu Condos Phase 2 in Barrie and The Markdale Townhomes. Additionally, it will be remembered by the marked achievement by our very own President & CEO Julia Zhang,  on behalf of JD Development Group, humbly accepted the distinction of being named among Canada’s Most Powerful Women for 2021, WXN Top 100 Award.   

The Canadian pre-construction market has shown no signs of slowing down. We are excited to kick-off the year with the spring launch of Verde Living Condos in Kitchener, with MW Condos in Mississauga and The Markdale Phase 2 to follow by mid-2022.

Given the high level of excitement in the housing market, the team at JD is looking forward to launching multiple new exceptional communities in 2022.
