2020 A Year in Review

Despite the challenges and uncertainty faced in our communities and in our province due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the real estate development industry has remained strong and has proven itself to be an essential service and asset.

Existing projects have progressed and completed this year and new projects are in the planning and development stages. We are excited to share some significant project highlights and updates from 2020, and where we're heading in 2021.

BARRIE, ON. Just a few more suites remain at Barrie’s newest mid-rise community! Construction has been progressing rapidly and the first building is nearing the 10th floor. We are looking forward to seeing purchasers move in Summer 2021 and enjoy their first summer by Little Lake!
